Privacy and purchase terms
CompeteCheck is an offering of G10 Efficiencies LLC. These terms explain how we handle information, fulfill orders and manage subscriptions, cancellations and corrections.
Privacy
Information we collect
We collect the business details and instructions submitted at checkout, order and billing records supplied by our payment provider, communications sent to support, and ordinary website usage and security logs. Do not submit passwords, customer lists, confidential financial information, regulated data or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
We use information to process and fulfill orders, research public business information, deliver reports and updates, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse, improve the service and respond to questions or correction requests.
Service providers and retention
Payment processing, hosting, email and operational providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained for fulfillment, support, security, accounting and legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Checklist and contact requests
When you submit a checklist or contact form, the site records the information you provide, the page used and limited campaign parameters needed to understand how the request arrived. We use that information to deliver the requested resource, respond, prevent abuse and measure site performance. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required to open a free resource.
Form submissions are processed by the site hosting provider and may be reviewed by authorized G10 operations personnel. Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Orders and delivery
You are responsible for providing an accurate business name, website, service area and delivery email. A Snapshot is normally delivered within two business days. Bundle timing shown at checkout or on the purchase page controls when it differs. Delivery times begin after we receive enough accurate information to start.
CompeteCheck uses public sources and observable business information. Coverage depends on what can be verified at the time of research. Reports are informational business tools, not legal, financial, accounting, pricing, antitrust, regulatory, SEO-ranking or market-share advice, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Rolling Intel is billed as described on the purchase page until canceled. The Complete Business Intelligence Suite charges $137 for the three initial products at checkout, then $85 per month beginning after 30 days for the recurring services. You may cancel before the next renewal by using Stripe's subscription-management option when available or emailing support@competecheck.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access to work already delivered.
No refunds
All sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable once processed, including initial purchases, bundles and recurring charges. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only and does not create a refund or proration for any completed charge.
Corrections
If a delivered report contains a material factual or fulfillment error, contact us within seven days. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct the report or provide another reasonable non-cash remedy. Duplicate charges and services we cannot fulfill will be corrected.
Use of deliverables
You may use and adapt a purchased report for your own business operations. You may not resell, publish or distribute it as a competing product, misrepresent its findings, interfere with the service or use it to obtain or exchange non-public competitor information.
